I hope every is spending some quality time with their Dads today if possible. Unfortunately, I’m on the other side of the world and can only wish happy Father’s Day through Skype, but thank God we even have Skype, right?

Unfortunately, I havn’t really made anything too interesting lately except for some more chicken noodle soup, and some new and improved pebre. I made it with a Chilean and she told me the secret!
You gotta use vegetable oil (not olive) and soak the onions in hot water. Make sure to use red onion, and dont add too much vinegar. Lots of lemon. Other than that, its just tomatoes, cilantro, onion, lemon, vegetable oil, salt, and a little vinegar. YUM. I’m so addicted to pan and pebre.
